Checking the status of a contract

There are two statuses we use when referring to contracts on Solace, “Proposed” and “Accepted”:

  • Proposed means we've successfully sent the contract to your client and are waiting for them to accept it so you can begin work and billing. On your "Active Contracts" screen, contracts in this status will appear white and will say “proposed” underneath the client's name.

 

  • Accepted contracts appear highlighted in green on your "Active Contracts" screen and will note the contract start date under the client's name. As soon as a contract is accepted, you may begin work on behalf of your client and begin billing.
