Video Calls: Using the platform to connect (Insurance-Covered Advocacy/ICA)

Video calls are a great way to connect across distances while maintaining a bit of that in-person feel. The video below will show patients and advocates the ins and outs of joining the video call and navigating the video platform.

 

A few quick notes:

  • Its features are straightforward. When you're inside the video meeting room, feel free to click around and explore what each button does. If you don't exit the call, clicking about is completely safe.
  • Closed Captioning is available when inside the video meeting room.
  • Blurred backgrounds are in the works and coming soon.

 

*Note that the sound gets a little funky at a couple of places while my video recording system and the video meeting system battle over my microphone.
