Updating your email address and phone number

If you need to update your account's phone number and/or email address, begin by logging into your  Solace account.

 

To update your email address, begin on your dashboard:

  • Click the green head and shoulders icon in the upper right-hand corner
  • Then, click "Account Settings"

  • On the next screen, enter your updated information on the "Basic Info" tab, then click "Submit"

  • The "My Account Settings" page will refresh to include a red instructions alert, pictured:

  • Go to your email account associated with the new/updated email address to locate an email with the subject line: "Confirm Solace Email Change."
  • Open and click the "Change Email" button, which will prompt you to log in if you aren't already
    • If prompted to log in, complete the login before returning to the email to click the "Change Email" button again. 

  • After clicking "Change Email" and logging in, the screen will update with a "Verify Email" tile. Click the "Verify Email" button to make the change official

 

And that's it for email! Once the change is made, you can sign in using your updated email address.

 

To update your phone number, begin on your dashboard:

  • Follow the same steps as outlined above (by clicking the head and shoulders icon in your Solace account and clicking the "Account Settings" option
  • Click on the second tab called "Contact Info" to access phone and address details, pictured below:

  • To update any detail on this page, all fields must be completed
    • In the above example, my new phone number will not save until I complete the address fields
    • Once all fields contain content, click "Save Changes" to make it official
