Your intro call is a time for your potential advocate and you to have an initial exploratory conversation. During the intro call, be ready to share the details of why you are seeking the help of an advocate, as well as ask any questions you may have for your advocate.
Your advocate will give you an idea of what the next steps might be, an overview of the services they provide, possible options for moving forward with you, and will set expectations around their work and communications.
