Why isn't my profile live?

If your profile isn’t yet live, there are still some initial account setup details that are in need of completion. To view and complete the setup checklist, log into your profile dashboard. The checklist will be listed on the welcome screen until all tasks have been completed (see image below). Each bullet point listed there will need to be checked off before your profile will become available on the site. Click on each task to be taken to the page where those details can be inserted and saved via the green "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the screen. The checklist tasks are:

  • Add Your Basic Information
  • Share how and where you work
  • Tell us about yourself
  • Upload a Profile Image
  • Set Your Schedule
  • Connect a Bank Account

When all of the above tasks display a checkmark, your profile is officially active on the Solace site and can be explored by potential clients!
