Offering an additional contract or making changes to an existing client agreement

You can only have one active contract with any given client at a time. But we get it; sometimes things change, and situations evolve. The ability to pivot during those times is critical to the success of both you and your client.

 

If you find yourself in need of adjusting an existing contract, feel free to cancel the current version and issue a fresh contract to your client with the updated information. Note that canceling a contract will move your client from your "Active" client list to your "Archived" list. You have all of the same functionality regardless of which list they fall on. Once you've sent them a new contract and they've signed, they'll be returned to your "Active" list. 

 

For ease of contract adjustments, it's encouraged to communicate these changes with your clients in advance so they understand why the signing of a new contract is necessary.
