Updating your settings is quick and easy once you get your bearings. Read on to learn more about making these changes using your mobile device!
- Begin by logging into your Solace account. Click the three stacked lines icon in the upper right-hand corner to reveal the "Sign In" button:
- Next, click the "Home" button in the upper right-hand corner to open your account's navigational column:
- From the navigational column, click on your name at the bottom of the list. This is where you can access your account settings:
- Click the "Settings" option to make updates to your account details:
- The next screen lists four tabs that contain adjustable details. Each is pictured below.
- Contact Details
- Address
- Password
- Payment Methods

Updating Your Payment Method:
- You can remove your existing payment method by clicking the text that reads, "x Remove payment card" (see the left arrow below):
- You can also add a new or updated card by clicking the drop-down arrow pointed out by the right-side green arrow in the above image. This will expand your view. Click "Credit or debit card" to add new details:
- Last but not least, complete the fields provided to attach the Payment Method to your account:
And that's it! Follow these steps when information changes to keep your details up to date!
**Always be sure to hit the green “Save” button on any of the above screens whenever you make changes.
