How can I hide my profile temporarily?

 

If you are no longer accepting new clients for whatever reason and would like to pause your profile's availability on Solace, you've come to the right place. There are two ways to achieve schedule unavailability:

 

1. Adjusting your Solace Calendar's "Calendar Settings"

  • First, log into your Solace account and click the "Calendar" option from your navigational menu.
  • Next, click the "Settings" option in the upper right corner to open your various Calendar settings.
  • In the "Your Work Hours" section, click "Edit."
  • Then, click the trash can icon beside each day of the week you are unavailable for.
  • Lastly, click the green "Save Hours" button at the bottom, and voila! You are now officially unavailable.

 

2. Contacting Solace's Customer Experience team

  • Alternatively, or if you'd like to remove your profile entirely, send an email to support@solace.health and let us know what you need. We can deactivate your account on your behalf and can also reinstate it when you're ready.
