Logging in and finding your bearings: for desktop and mobile

 

There are three ways to log into your Solace account, pictured below, but you may only use one. Whichever login path is used for your initial account access will be the way for all future logins. You may go with an email address and password unique to your Solace account, your Google account credentials, or your Facebook account credentials. 

 

  • Begin by pointing your browser to https://www.solace.health/ and clicking the green "Sign In" button located in the upper right corner.
  • Enter your sign-on credentials or click the appropriate sign-on option ("Continue with Google" or "Continue with Facebook") for however you completed your initial sign-on to your account.
  • The below images will also point out a couple of key areas to help you find your bearings:
    • Settings: (to update your email, phone, address, and payment details
      • This is also where you will log off of your account
    • Navigation column (access to your various advocate-accessing features, such as "Messages," "Contracts," and "Invoices")
    • Quick Links to your "Settings & Preferences," Advocate Search," "Notifications," and "FAQ")

 

While the two versions of the site are very similar, the above features are all built into the upper right corner of the mobile site via the pancake stack icon vs. being spread out across the page on the desktop site. Both versions are pictured below, beginning with the computer.
