Completing your initial login as a Community Health Worker (CHW/ICA)

Welcome to Solace! If you are just getting started, you should have received an email informing you that your Solace account is approved. If you have yet to receive that email but believe you should have, please reach out for support at help@solace.health.

 

The steps are as follows:

  • In that email, click the "Claim Your Profile" button to access a password creation screen.
  • Create and enter a password and confirm it before completing your initial login.
    • Must contain ten characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a special symbol, and a number to be valid.
    • If you choose to log in with your Google or Facebook credentials, you must use that login path each time you access your account.
  • Next, check a box to verify that you have read and agree to our terms of service.
    • You can click the "Terms of Service" link on that page to review those details.
  • Then, you'll be prompted to complete your "Banking" details to receive payment for any billable hours submitted.

 

Once your account is officially created:

  • You will be asked to set your "Schedule," including:
    • Time zones
    • "Your Work Hours" (days of the week and daily hours of operation)
    • Set appointment buffers
    • The option to "Allow Same-Day Bookings"
    • The option to sync your Google Calendar with your Solace Calendar
        • Some Google Calendar booking types are incompatible with the Solace Calendar integration. To learn which booking types are safe to use, check out the following article:
        • You will need to close off your calendar for any Federal Holidays you observe if you do not want to see patients on those dates
    • The option to upload a profile picture and "Introduce yourself to prospective patients" in the "About You" section.


When you have successfully completed the above information fields, you'll be taken to your official dashboard, where an alert notice will ask you to "Verify Your Bank Account." Click "Verify Now" to be taken to a screen where we'll gather a few final details so you can be paid for all your work with your patients.

    • A few details to note for the STRIPE section of the account creation process:
        • The answer to the "geoblocking" question is: "No"
        • The website URL to input into the form is www.solace.health
        • The name of your bank account must match the name you're using in Solace. If you're using your business name in Solace, then your corresponding bank account will also need to be listed under the business name for Stripe to verify the information.
