Too good to be true? Solace: A Legitimate Advocacy Provider

In the digital age, it's more important than ever to feel confident that your information is safe and secure.

Who is Solace Health?

  • Solace Health is comprised of regular people who have a genuine desire to help others. We are nurses, physicians, customer experience agents, engineers, designers, and many more do-gooders who have come together to help you navigate your medical journey. We're using our combined superpowers to pair patients with a dedicated, qualified, and experienced healthcare advocate.
    • Solace Advocates do not report to a health plan or government body. Advocates can do a lot, but at their core, they will do whatever it takes to get their patients better care.
  • We are also patients ourselves and know all too well the countless challenges of being your own advocate or the advocate for someone you love. That's where Solace comes in. We advocate for patients so that patients can focus on caring for themselves!
  • Solace Health is a BBB-accredited healthcare advocacy platform that connects patients and families to experts who help them understand and take charge of their personal health. Our services are insurance-covered through Medicare and many Medicare Advantage plans (varies by state and plan).

Is my information with Solace secure?

  • Yes! Our platform is HIPAA-compliant and follows best practices on encrypted data handling, prioritizing your privacy. We only capture the minimum necessary PHI, and we do not collect payment information.

Insurance-Covered Advocacy (ICA)?

  • In 2024, new regulations went into effect stating that advocacy services can now be reimbursed directly through Medicare. Because of these new regulations, the majority of Solace patients pay nothing out of pocket.
  • We accept Original Medicare and many Medicare Advantage plans (varies by state and plan).
  • Confirming eligibility only takes a moment on our website: http://www.solace.health/ or with a customer experience agent over the phone.

Interested in learning more about the process?

  • Once your insurance is confirmed eligible, you will schedule an intro call with a Solace physician who will help match you with an advocate and schedule your first meeting with that advocate.
