Referring Patients to Work with you at Solace

 

You are welcome and encouraged to refer anyone who may benefit from our services to Solace! Whether that's someone you've worked with before or who is already in your orbit, or someone you've just met.

They can enroll via our website's sign-up page (https://www.solace.health/) or by speaking with our Customer Experience team, which can check eligibility on the patient's behalf. The CX team is available Monday through Friday from 6 am to 5 pm PT and can be reached at (240) 693-3281.

Once confirmed eligible, they will be prompted to schedule a physician intake appointment. During the initial appointment, the patient should provide the intake physician with your name as it appears in our system if they would like to work with you*. Otherwise, the physician will proceed with matching an advocate through the Solace platform.

*Please note that advocates performing insurance-covered services are not permitted to work with their own family members.
