We salute all of the Loved Ones out there who are helping the Patients in their lives find the additional support they deserve! They aren't alone, and neither are you!
When moving through the signup process on the Solace website on behalf of someone else, please do so via the "Loved One" pathway that is available, where you are the "Loved One." This will ensure that the patient's information associated with their Patient File also lists you as the official "Loved One" contact in our system. This will help you to receive alerts and updates as well, and gives you the option of creating an account so you can be part of the conversation and stay up to date along the patient's advocacy journey.
The "Loved One" is welcome to be present and as involved as the patient is open to. For advocate appointments, the Loved One can attend the booking even if the patient themselves is not present. However, for physician intake appointments, the patient must be present regardless.
