There can be a fine line between not enough communication and too much. And what's ideal for one person may not be agreeable for another. Here, we'll look at subscription preferences across three communication types: Marketing, Transactional, and SMS.
Marketing Emails
These are optional messages that may be unsubscribed from at any time. To do so:
- Open the email in question and scroll to the bottom of the message.
- Locate the "Unsubscribe" hyperlink button and click it to be removed from Marketing emails.
- This change can take 24-48 hours to implement.
Our Customer Experience team can also help with these requests, if needed. We are standing by!
Transactional Emails
These message types are legally required and cannot be unsubscribed from. These are assorted confirmations and reminders affiliated with the patient's Solace Advocacy care.
If you find you're receiving too many or too few of these messages, please let us know. While we cannot unsubscribe you from them, we take all feedback into consideration and continually make improvements and adjustments based on the experiences of our patients and advocates.
SMS / Text Messages
In marketing-related contexts, these are message types that Solace cannot influence, but you can:
- To self-unsubscribe from SMS/Text messages, the recipient must reply "STOP."
When Transactional in nature, these cannot be stopped. These are messages related to your Solace Advocacy care journey.
- If you find you're receiving too many or too few of these messages, please let us know. While we cannot unsubscribe you from them, we take all feedback into consideration and continually make improvements and adjustments based on the experiences of our patients and advocates.
