After signing your Solace contract and clearing your background check, you will be sent an email with instructions on registering for an onboarding session and what to expect via your Solace email address.
Once successfully registered, you'll receive a confirmation email, as well as a reminder beforehand. Following session completion, you'll receive "next steps" communications.
In this live session, we’ll explore the Solace platform, discuss daily details of your role, and answer any questions you may have. You’ll also get the chance to meet some fellow advocates.
In preparation:
- 90% completion of this session is required before proceeding with further onboarding steps.
- Please have Zoom installed on your computer with camera and microphone permissions granted.
- Please be on time. Running more than 5 minutes late? You will need to re-register for a future session.
- Attendees who are bumped out of the session for any reason can rejoin at any point.
- You must be logged in through your Solace credentials to attend onboarding sessions.
- The registration site is an extension of Solace platform and, therefore, accessible only within the U.S. and territories.
- Session recordings are not available and must be attended live.
Not seeing a date or time that works for you?
- Sessions are released on a 2-week rolling basis, so check back periodically for new availability by returning to your Onboarding Registration email and clicking "Register for Session."
- The session availability updates dynamically if any session slots open or if session capacity is increased.
If you've already completed your onboarding session, but would like to re-attend for a refresher, you are welcome to! Just let us know and we can send you a personalized scheduling link, which will be active for 30 days.
