Advocates are eligible for a one-time $180 onboarding/compliance stipend once the following criteria are met:
- Completed the Onboarding session & Quiz, the Circle Course, and HIPAA Compliance training.
- Created a Solace Profile and connected your bank account.
- Submitted 5+ hours of patient work.
The payment is processed during the regular payroll schedule in the month following completion of the last required step.
Payment notification messages are itemized and clearly note when the onboarding stipend has been paid via the "You're Getting Paid!" email confirmation.
Once issued, payments typically take 5-7 business days from the time of transfer to deposit, depending on the bank.
