One-time Onboarding & Compliance Stipend

Advocates are eligible for a one-time $180 onboarding/compliance stipend once both criteria are met:

1. Complete all onboarding steps, including HIPAA Compliance.
2. Submit 5+ hours of patient work during the calendar month.

The payment is processed during the regular payroll schedule in the month following completion of the last required step.

Payment notification messages are itemized and clearly note when the onboarding stipend has been paid via the "You're Getting Paid!" email confirmation.

Once issued, payments typically take 5-7 business days from transfer to deposit, depending on the bank.
