A Payout delay can occur for primarily one of two reasons:
- Stripe has verification needs flagged for your account
- Trouble with your bank account details
When Stripe verification requirements are in place, an alert will appear upon logging in to your Solace portal. Engage with those pop-ups as soon as possible to avoid delays. You will also see a banner alert posted on the bank account details page of your Solace account settings.
Stripe will provide ample notice before restricting an account, but failure to promptly submit the requested details will result in potential delays.
If you're not seeing your payout, check an earlier deposit date in case your transit time is shorter than anticipated. It's not uncommon to miss an earlier-than-expected deposit. Anytime after the 9th of each month is a potential deposit date.
Still not seeing it?
- If a delay occurs due to verification, once the requested information is submitted, reviewed, and approved by Stripe's team, the delayed payout will automatically begin processing. Stripe's processing time can take up to 48 business hours, and then the transfer transit times will begin. Average transit times are 5 to 7 business days*, but, depending on the destination bank, deposits can arrive as quickly as the next business day.
- If a delay occurs due to incorrect banking information, please update the details in the bank account section of your Solace settings and let Solace CX know when this is complete to ensure the payment is reissued*.
*Note that Solace cannot influence Stripe's processing or transfer times.
