To update your bank account or associated Stripe information, head over to the bank account details section of your Solace dashboard.
To edit bank account details:
- Click your image in the upper right corner.
- Click "Account" from the drop-down menu.
- Click the "Bank Account Info" tab.
- Then, click the cog icon to open the "Update Account" form.
- Clicking on the arrow icon will expand the existing bank account information for a closer review.
Click "Submit" when the information is filled in. Be sure to double-check that the details match!
- After submitting the form, you'll receive a pop-up window alerting you to a redirect to the Stripe area, followed by the mobile verification "Send code" call-to-action. Place the code in the provided field.
- From there, follow the prompts to complete the update.
Stripe will take 24-48 hours to review any changes made to your information. If they are concerned with any provided details, you will see an orange Stripe alert on the "Bank Account Details" tab of your "Account Settings" page. Click through and follow the prompts in those instances.
