Your experience at Solace matters!

Whether you're thrilled with your Solace advocate or have had a less-than-ideal experience, we view feedback as a gift and want to hear about it. Leaving an honest review is invaluable in helping Solace provide an even stronger resource for patients, highlighting the deserving and shedding light on areas where we can do better. 

Reviews can be submitted organically through the Solace experience, via Solace's Facebook page, or the Better Business Bureau (BBB). On Facebook, the patient's Facebook profile will be visible alongside the review, whereas BBB reviews display only first names. Reviews moving through the Solace platform are anonymous.

 

Submitting reviews within Solace: There are two ways to leave a review through the Solace experience.

  1. Review prompts sent occasionally via email with a click-through link. Once clicked, the link will expire after one hour, so share those thoughts while they're top of mind.
  2. Feedback can be submitted at any time following an advocate visit when the patient has created a Solace account. The review link lives on the patient's dashboard.
