While our purpose and mission at Solace Health are to build a reality where every American can access a health advocate when they want or need one, our services do have a few patient requirements that must be in place, particularly because our virtual services provide an exclusively remote experience and are billing patient insurance.
Patient requirements are:
- Patient has eligible insurance (this can be verified from our sign-up page, here)
- Patient is 18 years of age or older
- Patient has a valid email address
- Patient will attend the remote Physician Intake visit via phone or Solace video call (no computer required)
- Physician Visits: Patient will be physically located inside the U.S. State that is affiliated with their health insurance at the time of the Physician Intake visit (cannot be located out-of-State when meeting with Solace Physician)
- Advocate Visits: Patient will be physically located inside the U.S. States, D.C., or the U.S. Territories during any Advocate visits (cannot be located outside the U.S. when meeting with any Solace providers)
