Solace Forms: Tutorial and walkthrough

You asked for it, and we heard you loud and clear! Solace Forms are here!

 

You can now create, share, and store client forms directly on the Solace platform as part of your client’s file! As part of this amazing new feature, we’re offering you the ability to use some of our template forms (including HIPAA forms, contacts, insurance info, and more). Or, this feature also gives you the option to create your own custom forms if you’d like to collect specific information.

To check out our new intake forms, just go to a client’s file, select the name of the client you’d like to generate a form for, and click the “Forms” tab.

From there, click “View Templates,” and you’ll be able to view and use our templates or create your own forms!

When your client has completed any form, you’ll receive an email notification right away letting you know that they’ve provided the information you’ve requested.
