Rescheduling an appointment with your client

We get it; life sometimes gets in the way, and plans need to change. Solace has created a streamlined way for you to reschedule any upcoming intro calls or appointments booked through the Solace platform. 

 

Our rescheduling feature allows you to suggest an alternate time to your client and, in turn, allows your client to accept that time or select another slot of available time from your Solace calendar.

To begin the process of rescheduling an appointment, click the ellipsis in the bottom right of an appointment tile on your dashboard and click “propose a new time”:

After you've let us know you'd like to propose a new time, we'll show you a window where you can select a time you'd like to propose to your client as an alternative:

Once you've made your selections and have clicked “Propose New Time,” we'll notify your client via email and SMS that you have proposed a new meeting time and give them the opportunity to respond. At that point, they can accept your proposed time or select an alternate time from your Solace calendar. If they select an alternate time, or if they accept your proposed time, you'll be notified either way!

 

IMPORTANT: You can only perform this action 3 times. After 3 reschedules of one booking, you will no longer have the option to reschedule that appointment through Solace. It's also imperative that you keep your Solace calendar up to date to avoid multiple rebookings to ensure the best possible experience for your client.
