Navigating From Your Hybrid Dashboard (Advocate/ICA)

Welcome to the hybrid Solace dashboard! This dashboard type is for the combined experience of advocates supporting out-of-pocket “clients” while also supporting insurance-covered advocacy (ICA) “patients.”

Next are a few details specific to your dashboard's ICA “Patient” area. Read on for a brief rundown of what each of these buttons does.

See the video tutorial below for a more in-depth look at the overall hybrid dashboard functionality.

Navigation Column (“Patients” vs “Clients”):

  • Patients: Any work performed as an Insurance-Covered Advocate will all happen within the “Patient” sub-category of your navigational column (outlined below in green).
  • Clients: Work performed as a private pay advocate will happen within the “Client” sub-category, along with “Get Paid” and “Tools” (outlined below in blue).

Navigational Column - “Patients” Drop - Down Fields Explained:

  • “My Patients” (ICA)

      • New Patients - Upcoming appointments
      • Active - Patients you are officially working with
      • Inactive - Patients you are no longer working with
      • Transferred - Patients once assigned to you who have been reassigned elsewhere

  • “Care Plans” (ICA)
    • Click the “Care Plans” option from your “Patients” drop-down option to view “Incomplete” and “Submitted” Care Plans by clicking the appropriate tab.
      • The “Incomplete” tab will:
        • Show you the Care Plans for any patients scheduled to meet with you but whom you have not spoken with.
        • Show you the Care Plans for any patients you have met with but whose plans have not yet been submitted.
      • The “Submitted” tab will:
        • Show you any care plans you have filled out and submitted.
        • Note that changes cannot be made to submitted care plans.
          • The option to add addendums will be coming soon.
    • To view a patient's Care Plan, click the “Open Care Plan” button on the right of the entry containing the patient's name.

  • “Timesheets” (ICA)
    • Clicking the “Timesheets” option from your “Patients” drop-down option will take you to the “Timesheets” tab of the “Invoices & Payments” screen, pictured below.
    • This is where you will view, edit, and create patient timesheets.
      • Click “+ Create New” to begin a new timesheet.
        • New timesheets can also be created when using the timer feature.
      • Click “Edit” of an existing timesheet "Draft" to view or edit details.
        • Existing timesheets can be sorted in ascending or descending order for the "Date of Service" column and the "Est. Earnings" column.
    • This is also where you can sync your account to Quickbooks if you'd like.
