Correcting Timesheet errors after submission (Advocate/ICA)

While timesheets can be edited as long as they're still in a "Draft" status, changes cannot be made after they have been officially submitted into the system. A good rule of thumb is always to double-check your timesheet details before submitting them for review to ensure they are error-free.

 

If a timesheet is submitted with errors, please contact the customer support team with the below details to have it deleted. Deletion will remove the timesheet from your list, so be sure you have saved any information you might need from it before requesting its removal. A new timesheet with corrected details will need to be submitted.

 

Please include the following information when requesting timesheet removal:

1. Patient ID #: ________

2. Length of Time (_h _m): __h __m

3. Date of Service: ________

4. Date Submitted: ________
