Patient Referrals (Advocate/ICA)

As an insurance-covered advocate (ICA), our system will assign new patients to you based on your experience and Solace availability after they have completed their physician intake appointment.

In some situations, however, you may have a connection from elsewhere who has eligible coverage and is interested in working with you through the Solace ICA program.

In these instances, please send us their name, email address, and phone number to info@solace.health before the patient begins the Solace process so we can ensure they are assigned to you. If they have already moved through the Solace Medicare funnel before the referral information is shared with us, we cannot guarantee that they will be connected with you.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: If an ICA patient has previously used Solace for out-of-pocket advocacy, they will need to enter the ICA funnel on our website using a different email than the one used for the out-of-pocket experience. In our system, a single email address cannot exist for both a client and a patient.
