Messages and File Sharing without a patient account (Advocate/ICA)

You're an insurance-covered advocate who has connected with your Medicare patient and has noticed some Solace dashboard feature limitations. This is because your patient does not have the optional Solace account to connect to yours.

Medicare patients are not required to create a Solace account, and we are anticipating that the majority of them will not. You'll be using your dashboard for the Care Plan, the Timesheets, and any other notes or tasks that you may find useful along the way (and keeping your schedule current for new bookings, of course!), but interactions and file sharing will happen in whatever way works for the patient, likely through their email. The same goes for scheduling future "follow-up" appointments with them, which can be arranged between the two of you via your and your patient's preferred method of communication.
