About Insurance Covered Advocates

Navigating the medical system's endless complexities and challenges can be one of the most overwhelming experiences you're likely to face today. When you have a Solace advocate as an ally, you are no longer navigating that medical journey alone.

Solace is a healthcare advocacy platform that connects patients and families with experts who can help them understand and take charge of their health, regardless of location. And, they work for you, not hospitals or insurance companies.

Our remote advocates are highly qualified and experienced individuals who share our passion for patient advocacy–because we all deserve a voice.

What is an advocate? What can they do?

  • Advocates are healthcare navigators who do whatever it takes to get you the better care experience you deserve.
  • To name just a few, advocates can:
      • Help you connect with your care team by scheduling or even attending appointments with you virtually.
      • Help you understand and navigate your diagnosis.
      • Assist you with recovering from an operation
      • Take charge of insurance negotiation and appeals.
      • Find care homes or hospice facilities that meet your requirements.
      • More broadly, they will help to amplify your voice to get you the care you deserve!

  • The vast majority have varied medical and personal backgrounds that enable them to do this job well.
  • Our advocates are fully qualified and have undergone extensive training to enable them to fully support their patients.
