Logging in to your Solace Account (Patients)

The Solace portal is a helpful resource for working with your Solace Advocate. Claiming your account and signing in is quick and easy. The portal includes direct messaging with your advocate, visit management, visibility into the work your advocate is doing on your behalf, and more.

Whether you're a new patient who is just getting started, or an existing patient returning to your account, proceed with the below instructions using the email address affiliated with your Solace sign-up.

 

How to sign in

  1. Open a web browser and go to welcome.solace.health.
  2. Click Sign In

  3. Choose one of the following options:
  • Click Continue with Google and follow the prompts to complete login.
  • Enter your email address in the Email address field, then click Send Verification Code.
  1. If you select Send Verification Code, check your email inbox for a message containing a 6-digit code. It can sometimes take 30 seconds to 1 minute to receive a code. Use only the most recent code you receive. If you requested the code more than once, earlier codes will no longer work.

5. Copy the code and paste it into the first box on the Verify Your Email screen, then click Continue.

 

Troubleshooting:

I didn't receive a code

  • Confirm you entered the correct email address.
  • Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
  • After a code is requested, it can sometimes take 30 seconds to 1 minute to receive, so wait before requesting a new code.
  • If it's still not there, click "Resend". Note that you must wait 30 seconds between resend attempts. The "Resend" button will become available again after that window.

I requested the code multiple times and I'm not sure which one to use

  • Only the most recently sent code is valid. If you've clicked Resend, ignore any earlier emails and use the code from the latest message. Entering an older code will result in an error.

I'm getting a "Your code is incorrect" error

  • Make sure you're entering the code from the most recent email. Older codes are automatically invalidated when a new one is sent.
  • If the code still doesn't work, click Resend to get a fresh one. Remember to wait 30 seconds to 1 minute if you recently requested one.

I entered the wrong email address

  • Click "Wrong email?" to go back and enter a different address.
  • Remember, you must use the email address associated with your Solace account.
