Logging in to your Solace Account (Patients)

The Solace portal is a helpful resource for working with your Solace Advocate. Claiming your account and signing in is quick and easy. The portal includes direct messaging with your advocate, visit management, visibility into the work your advocate is doing on your behalf, and more.

Whether you're a new patient who is just getting started, or an existing patient returning to your account, proceed with the below instructions using the email address affiliated with your Solace sign-up.

 

How to sign in

  1. Open a web browser and go to welcome.solace.health.
  2. Click Sign In

  3. Choose one of the following options:
  • Click Continue with Google and follow the prompts to complete login.
  • Enter your email address in the Email address field, then click Send Verification Code.
  1. If you select Send Verification Code, you will receive an email with a 6-digit code.

5. Copy the code and paste it into the first box on the Verify Your Email screen, then click Continue.

 

Troubleshooting:

  • If you do not receive the code, confirm the email address is correct, then check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. If it is still not there, click Resend.
  • If you entered the wrong email address, click Wrong email? to go back and enter a different address.
