Patient location requirements for Advocate Appointments

 

To meet with your Solace Health Advocate for insurance-billing services, Patients must be physically present in one of the 50 United States, D.C., or a U.S. territory at the time of the conversation. 

Appointments may not occur when either the patient or the advocate is traveling outside of the U.S.

For Advocate & Patient bookings in particular, it's allowable to be in any U.S. State.
