Patient location requirements for Advocate Appointments

 

To meet with your Solace Health Advocate for insurance-billing services, Patients and advocates must be physically present in one of the 50 United States, D.C., or a U.S. territory at the time of the conversation. 

As long as both are on U.S. soil, location is irrelevant. 

Outside of the U.S., work must be paused until Stateside.
