Insurance Card Uploads for Patients

Granting your Advocate visual access to your insurance card helps them better navigate your health needs as they provide Solace's advocacy services. Doing so requires creating a Solace account, which only takes a moment and offers many added benefits. Click here to learn more!

Patients may upload up to three insurance cards and remove outdated ones. And uploading or replacing a card does not affect eligibility status.

There are two ways to securely upload this information for the Solace account holders:

  1. Your Solace Advocate or Intake Physician can send a link to your phone and email, which prompts you to take a clear picture of the front and back of the card in a few quick, easy steps.
    • If not already logged into your account, you will be prompted to complete this step.
  2. Patients can upload insurance cards directly within the portal at any time:

On your Solace account's welcome page:

  • Click "Advocacy," as shown, left (1)
  • Then click, "Your Insurance" (2)

From the "Your Insurance" page, click the green "Upload" button and follow the prompts (pictured below)

After you've added the front and back images of your insurance card, you're taken to a Review screen where you can go back and edit or submit/save.

Your card images will be saved on the "Your Insurance" tab of your Solace account.

And that's it!
