Our monthly $400 stipend for Advocates who log 80+ hours/month has evolved into our Bonus Program.
Starting February 1, 2026, every hour advocates work contributes to their level in an expanded bonus program, offering higher bonuses as monthly hours increase.
We’ve created these tiers to reflect both the time and impact advocates make. Your work is the heart of the Solace patient experience, and this structure is meant to honor that while giving you real options to grow with us.
Tier Breakdown

Tier 1 | 30 hours in the first 30 days | $100 | One-time onboarding only |
Tier 2 | 60 hours in a calendar month | $200 | Monthly |
Tier 3 | 80 hours in a calendar month | $400 | Existing tier |
Tier 4 | 100 hours in a calendar month | $600 | Monthly |
Tier 5 | 160 hours in a calendar month | $1,000 | Monthly |
A few details to note:
- Advocates can track their tier progress on the Welcome page of their dashboard, as well as on their Timesheets page.
- Bonus eligibility is determined by total hours worked, based on timesheet submissions, and is paid automatically if the threshold is met.
- Bonuses do not stack.
- Bonus amounts are included with monthly payouts when applicable.
- Tier 1 (30 in 30) is evaluated over a rolling 30-day period from the start date.
