We’re sorry to hear that you’ve decided to step away from your work with Solace, and we appreciate the care you’ve provided to patients during your tenure. Solace recently released a new self-service feature within the platform for submitting resignations. Please submit your notice using that workflow so your transition is processed correctly.
Here's how:
- Click your profile photo in the top right corner of the Solace dashboard
- Select "Account" from the dropdown
- Click the red "Resign from Solace Health" button in the lower left corner beneath your "Account Status" and Solace Line phone number.
- Indicate your final date of service
Please note that while a resignation can’t be rescinded once submitted, your final date of service can be updated before it occurs.
As you wrap up your time with us, please notify your patients of your departure and provide brief handoff notes for the incoming advocate. Your thoughtfulness in these final steps goes a long way in maintaining trust and ensuring your patients continue to feel supported.
