Your intro call is where your potential advocate and you have an initial exploratory conversation. During the intro call, be ready to share the details of why you are seeking the help of an advocate, as well as ask any questions you may have for your advocate.
Your advocate will give you an idea of the next steps, an overview of the services they provide, and possible options for moving forward with you. They will also set expectations around their work and communications at this time.
