If your intro call doesn’t happen as expected

Firstly, please accept our apologies that things didn't go as planned. Sometimes, advocates can be on a call that has gone over or working with another client, which can sometimes delay their start time with you. We recommend messaging your advocate and then waiting to hear from your advocate for 15–30 minutes.
