Why isn't the password reset working?

In most cases, when the password reset feature is not allowing your password to be successfully updated, it is because the initial login was performed using social sign-on rather than with an email and password that is unique to your Solace account.

 

Each time you sign into Solace, it will need to be in the same manner that was originally established with your initial login. You will not be able to switch between the multiple sign-on options offered. So, if you originally signed in using the "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Facebook" buttons, you will always have to use that particular selection to complete this step.

If you’re unable to reset your password, give it a try using the "Continue with Google" button. If that doesn’t work, try again using the "Continue with Facebook" button.
