There are three ways to log into your Solace account, pictured below. You may go with an email address and password unique to your Solace account, your Google account credentials, or your Facebook account credentials.
If unsure which login option you previously used, give each one an attempt until you’ve gained access to your account:
- Try entering your email address and associated password
- Try using the "Continue with Google" button
- Try using the "Continue with Facebook" button
When you have completed your login, make a note of which method was successful for future logins. If none of the three paths grant you access, go ahead and proceed with the Forgot Password button and do a reset. This should hopefully do the trick.
