Medicare Part B fully covers Solace Health's advocacy services, and many Medicare Advantage plans. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept Medicaid at this time, and we are working towards accepting commercial insurance in the near future.
Once eligibility is verified:

- The patient schedules a virtual intake with our in-house physician to establish a Telehealth relationship. They will listen to the patient's situation and match them with an advocate. In many cases, the physician can help schedule the patient's advocate intro call during the intake appointment.
- This physician does not replace your existing Care Team and Solace Health cannot prescribe or diagnose.
- Following a completed intake appointment, the patient can schedule and meet with their new advocate.

NOTE that the patient whose insurance details are being used for advocacy must be present for the physician intake appointment, even if the patient cannot contribute to the conversation for whatever reason. A loved one is welcome to attend as well when needed or preferred.
