As an insurance-covered advocacy patient with Solace Health, you may receive a physical EOB (Explanation of Benefits) in the mail. This is from your secondary insurance provider and does not reflect what portions Medicare will contribute. After services are billed to your insurance, this document outlines how any secondary coverage is applied. It is not a bill from Solace Health or Medicare, and it does not indicate what you will be billed for or how much. In most cases, we do not anticipate any charges beyond possible co-pays after Medicare has processed the services.
If you have questions about EOBs, copays, or your insurance coverage, please contact your insurance provider for more information. The team at Solace Health cannot view or discuss an individual's unique insurance plan details.
Should you receive a formal bill that includes advocacy services from Solace Health (that actively communicates "Amount Due" and includes a payment due date) that you feel is incorrect, please forward a copy to us via email (help@solace.health) so we can review it and ensure you are supported. Additionally, please note that Solace Health will not send you any bills. Healthcare can be overwhelming. We’re here to reduce the burden, not add to it.
