Rest assured that our operations team will review all information and work closely with insurance companies whenever a claim is denied. They are automatically informed of any denials.
Please know that Solace will not be billing you for this. We are committed to not adding to the financial healthcare burdens of our patients, and therefore, our patient statements have no due dates. We also do not send bills to collections for nonpayment. If your insurance denies the claim for whatever reason, we will not bill you. Denials for our services are rare, so those instances are something we absorb.
