What can a Solace Advocate do (and not do)?

Every Solace Advocate has their own specialty, but they all share one common goal: helping people feel supported and empowered in their healthcare journey.

When a patient is struggling with something that affects their health physically, mentally, or socially, the Solace Advocate steps in. Advocates help patients navigate challenges of all kinds, including finding the right doctor, scheduling appointments, understanding a new diagnosis, supporting an aging parent, and managing the everyday hurdles of care coordination.

They bridge communication among specialists, primary care providers, and caregivers while also assisting with practical matters such as insurance claims, appeals, and medical bills.

No matter how complex the situation, Solace Advocates are experts at listening, supporting, and finding a path forward so patients never have to face their healthcare journey alone.
