Logging into your Solace Account

Logging into your Solace account is quick and easy! You can sign in using your email address, or via your Google login. 

For Google approach: 

• Click the "Continue with Google" button and follow the prompts to complete login. 

For the email address approach:

• Begin by clicking the green "Sign In" button pictured below, and enter the email address you'll be using with Solace in the "Email address" field.
• Next, click the green "Send Verification Code" button to receive a code at this same email address. It will just take a moment to arrive, and will be active for five minutes.
  • The email will come from [e-mail].

• When the verification email arrives, pictured above, copy the code and paste it into the first box on the "Verify Your Email" screen, and click "Continue."
  • If you didn't receive the code, confirm the email address is correct, and check your spam/junk and promotional email folders. If it's not there, click "Resend."
  • If you've used the wrong email by mistake or entered a typo, you can click "Wrong email?" to return to the previous screen and enter a different address.

• Upon completion of the "Verifying...", you will be taken into your Solace account.
