Generally, please triple-check the Timesheet details and corresponding Care Notes for accuracy before formally submitting any timesheets, as they cannot be changed once submitted.
If a timesheet is submitted with errors in key details, please let our Customer Experience team know as soon as possible. Include the patient ID, the date and duration of the timesheet in question, and an explanation of what has occurred and what you need.
