What happens if I need to reschedule an appointment or intro call?

 

To reschedule a booking with your advocate, please message them through your Solace dashboard as soon as possible to let them know of the scheduling conflict and offer an alternative date/time to reschedule. First, log into your Solace account so you are viewing the welcome screen. Your Upcoming Appointments will be listed here; see the image below. Locate the appointment in question and click the ellipses icon (...) in the lower right-hand corner of the booking. This will expand a box with two more options: Send Message or Cancel Appointment. Click Send Message to open the Messages page where you can reach out to your advocate. You may also cancel the appointment when necessary. 

 

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations without 24 hours' notice may result in your payment method being charged a $25 no-show fee.
