Managing Bookings from your Solace Account Dashboard

Managing appointments may be one of the things you've turned to Solace for support with, and we've made it quick and easy for anyone creating a Solace account to manage your bookings, so you can spend your time in more meaningful ways!

To manage bookings within a Solace account:

Once you have created your account and logged in, you will be taken to the Welcome page. 

  • Pictured below is the "Schedule a Visit" button. 
    • When clicked, you will be prompted to select either a phone or video call.
    • Then, you'll be shown the "Schedule Visit" panel, where you can click a date and time. Once these details are selected, a green "Schedule Visit" button will appear. Click to schedule.

  • Your screen will refresh, and your Welcome page will confirm your upcoming booking. You will also receive an email confirmation, with email and text reminders sent on the day. These communications will include a link to join when a video call is selected.

    • For phone call visits, you will receive a call at the appointment time. The confirmation communications will include the phone number the call will be coming from, so that it can be added to your address book.
    • Patients selecting video calls encounter fewer troubles connecting than those proceeding with phone visits. This is because phones can have blocking settings for unknown numbers, which adds complications. 

 

To manage bookings outside of a Solace account:

  • Physician intakes: Connect with our Customer Experience team.
  • Advocate appointments: Connect directly with your advocate or the CX team.
