These quick, stand-alone reports submitted by advocates are required and due at the end of each month for patients with an active Care Plan. As with any action taken directly with the patient or on their behalf, time spent on a patient's monthly report is billable.
To submit these, advocates will:
- Open the corresponding Patient File.
- Click into the "Documents" tab.
- Scroll to the "Monthly Reports" section.
- Click the green "+ Add New" button to open a side drawer that includes a "Get Started" button.
- Next, follow the prompts to complete.
Drafts, Saves, Edits, and Resubmissions
- Reports can be saved as a draft or officially submitted.
- Once submitted, they cannot be deleted without support from our Engineering team, via Customer Experience, so please review your details carefully before finalizing.
- Submitted reports can still be edited and resubmitted until 11:59 PM, local time, on the last day of the month.
- After the month's end, submitted reports cannot be changed.
