Solace Health as a legitimate advocacy marketplace ("Is it too good to be true?") (ICA)

In the digital age, it's more important than ever to feel safe and secure with your information when beginning a new virtual relationship. If you've just discovered Solace Health and are seeking confirmation of our services' legitimacy because it seems too good to be true, please read on.

Who is Solace Health?

  • Solace Health is comprised of regular people who have a genuine desire to help others. We are customer experience agents, engineers, and designers, and a handful of other do-gooders who have come together to help you navigate your medical journey. We're using our superpowers to offer you an expanse of qualified and experienced medical advocates who are standing by to be your newest ally in getting you the care and treatment you deserve.
  • We are also patients ourselves and know all too well the countless challenges of being your own advocate or the advocate for someone you love. That's where we come in. Let us advocate for you so you can focus on caring for yourself!
  • Solace Health is a BBB-accredited healthcare advocacy marketplace that connects patients and families to experts who help them understand and take charge of their personal health. We offer private-pay advocacy and, more recently, are also accepting insurance-covered advocacy with Medicare leading the charge.

How did Solace come to be?

Insurance-Covered Advocacy (ICA)?

  • Following regulatory changes that took effect in January 2024, Original Medicare (plan B) is now covering advocacy costs for its customers whenever a physician referral is made into the program, along with a few other requirements that we have built into our services.
    • Solace has staffed Medicare-approved clinicians to satisfy this requirement, and so we are now able to offer our services to any eligible Medicare customer.
      • Please see your Medicare plan details regarding any potential co-pays.
    • Confirming eligibility only takes a moment on our website: http://www.solace.health/
  •  Medicare Advantage is beginning to come online to the program, with Medicaid and private insurance also joining the conversation. Exciting times ahead!
